100,000 square foot high-tech aerospace manufacturing facility with a 30,000 square foot annex space and 35,000 square foot three-story office. The steel-framed plant and annex roof structures are supported by interior steel columns and insulated loadbearing cast-in-place concrete tilt panels around the building perimeter. Steel bridge cranes service both the plan and annex spaces. The three-story office floors are constructed using composite steel framing. The office roof and vertical entry spaced are constructed using exposed structural steel framing.
