Project Highlights

The newest addition to the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Washington University in Saint Louis, Jubel Hall is part of the east‐end campus expansion. Jubel links to the existing engineering buildings through an elevated bridge connecting to Whitaker Hall. Underground tunnels link Jubel to the adjacent parking structure and nearby Brauer Hall. The cast‐in‐place concrete structure contains approximately 80,600 GSF. of labs, classrooms, and faculty offices. The labs house sensitive equipment requiring the floor to be designed for a vibration transmission threshold of 2000 micro‐inches per second.
