Procter& Gamble is a repeat client for Alper Audi. Alper Audi was recently selected as part of a design-build team for a new 1.7 million SF facility in the Southern United States. We recently completed a 1.3 million SF, 36-ft clear storage and packing warehouse in Chicago, IL. In Salt Lake City, Alper Audi designed a 1.0 million SF paper goods manufacturing and distribution plant, which includes several heavy cranes, roof hung loads, mezzanines, and tilt-up wall panels. In Cape Girardeau, Missouri, we designed 500,000 SF, tilt-up warehouse and office in high seismic region. Procter & Gamble’s West Branch, Iowa facility was expanded by 271,508 SF without disruption to existing distribution operation. In Edwardsville, IL, Alper Audi designed 800,000 SF warehouse and office with load-bearing tilt-up walls.
