Arch Museum Expansion

The 47,000 SF addition and renovation creates a new western entry to the Arch Grounds and museum with views of the Old Courthouse and Mississippi River. The three-story below-grade addition was constructed using a post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete lid structure spanning between cast-in-place concrete columns and foundation walls. The renovation of the existing museum includes the infill of the existing Odyssey Theater to a 3-story cast-in-place concrete structure that houses museum staff offices and the new museum store.
