Project Highlights

The BRDG Park shares the same campus site with the Danforth Plant Science Center. It is approximately 140,000 GSF on its 5-floors of flexible-use lab space and had a cost of construction for shell and core of approximately $36,000,000 ($300/SF). The project achieved LEED Gold, and the floors were designed to meet strict vibration controls for sensitive equipment. The building has dunnage on the roof to support lab-specific equipment, and the structure is organized to allow easy access to lab utilities, exhaust stacks and gasses.
