Boulevard – Phase I

This project is a true mixed-use and mixed material project, as it contains high-end retail, restaurants, 3 story apartments above retail, and a 4-level parking structure, all constructed using a variety of framing schemes in cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, wood, light-gauge steel, and precast concrete.
