Forsyth Pointe is a 1 million sf world-class mixed-use development in the heart of Clayton, MO. This project encompasses two office towers, a 1,200-car parking garage, a one-acre garden terrace on the seventh floor, and retail space on the ground floor. There will be a 7,500 sf fitness facility located on the terrace level which will be utilized by the tenants of both towers.
The office towers are composed of cast-in-place concrete elevator/stair cores which act as the lateral force resisting system while also supporting the steel framed composite floor decks. The office towers sit atop a parking structure which utilizes post tensioned concrete slab and beams. The entire structure is supported by drilled caisson deep foundations. The office towers are clad in curtain wall while the garage utilizes a decorative metal screen system.
The building has spectacular views of Shaw Park from the corner of Forsyth and Brentwood Blvd.
