Manufacturing and distribution center for automobile tires. The large facility contains over 700,000 GSF in 3 buildings (Mixing, Production and Utility). It will produce over 4 million tires annually and has warehouse and distribution capacity for over 600,000 tires. In addition to the three buildings, the facility had an underground unloading pit for rail cars, mat foundation to support large tank supports, and extensive pipe rack.
