Eureka High School could not be easily expanded or renovated. The solution, an entire wing being added to the existing building - 90,000 SF 2-story classroom and lab STEM addition. Project included several aggressive finish dates and several phases to keep the district operational. This includes 40,000 SF of alterations to the existing school and construction will also result in 130 new parking spaces.
