University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, MO

Alper Audi has designed several projects at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy, which is becoming a world-class facility. These projects include the student housing and dining hall, the Main Academic Building and library, and parking structure additions. The Phase II is a mixed-use facility that includes academic and clinical space, student housing, and a recreation gymnasium. The irregular footprint of this 6-story, 200,000 GSF, building required various transfers and long spans, creatively utilizing structural steel, concrete tilt-up, precast hollow-core plank, curtainwall and architectural precast.
