Project Highlights

This 7-story global headquarters building for WWT headquarters building accommodates up to 1,000 employees. Construction is a combination of glass curtain wall system with an architectural exterior granite rain screen wall system with aluminum composite metal panels and a steel framing system with concrete floors. It features an auditorium, an entry lobby opening to a lower level with cafe seating, a private lakeside patio, a first-floor conference center, and a new 5-level, 763 car pre-cast concrete parking structure. A pedestrian access bridge connects the new facility to the updated Westport Plaza campus.  LEED credits will include alternative transportation, the use of recycled content, 30 percent water use reduction, and a 14 percent increase in overall energy efficiency.

The previously existing WWT campus is connected to the new headquarters campus by a fiber-optic data link and will continue to operate as a technology and innovation park housing the company’s Advance Technology Center, IT and other operations.
